Conference To Have Travis Walton

Conference To Have Travis Walton

The Travis Walton UFO abduction case is considered by most UFO researchers as genuine. In brief, Travis Walton claimed that in 1975, while working with a logging crew in Arizona he was abducted by a UFO. Travis vanished for five days before reappearing again.

The Travis Walton adoption case has garnered great mainstream publicity and is among one of the best-known instances of alleged alien abduction.

Personally I find Travis to be a very nice low key kind of guy, with a very interesting story to tell. Whether this incident really happened or not, Travis does appear to be sincere.

Unidentified Submerged Object

Unidentified submerged objects (USOs) are the underwater equivalent of UFOs and can be considered a subset of the UFO category, not a category in itself.

These objects are capable of extreme feats, both above and under the water, and have been reported by people such as Alexander The Great, King George V of England and Christopher Columbus, some even believing this phenomenon to go as far back as ancient Egypt.

It has been estimated that an unidentified submerged object (USO) can travel between 150 knots to 500 knots and can submerge to an unimaginable 20,000 feet, according to sonar recordings. By contrast, nuclear powered U.S. submarines can deliver speeds exceeding 25 knots and can submerge to a depth greater than 800 feet.

Large and super thick ice sheets do not seem to represent an obstacle to unidentified submerged objects as they have been observed coming through these bodies of ice like as if they were not even there. Subsequent examination of the large holes in the ice revealed that the contour of the holes was smooth and clean, definitely not caused by natural events or sudden impact. Could it be that these objects possess some form of capability of melting ice instantly from transit speed?

Unidentified submerged objects are by far the most reliably documented events among all types of UFO sightings, as they are invariably tracked and recorded on the most sophisticated radar and sonar equipment deployed by military institutions around the globe.

Some sightings of unidentified submerged objects :

* June 18, 1845 : the Malta Times reported that the brigantine Victoria’s crew saw three illuminated objects fly up from the sea and were visible for ten minutes.

* February 10, 1951: U.S. Navy Commander Graham Bethune and his crew were on their way from Iceland to Newfoundland when they spotted an UFO emerging from the water which, upon approach, turned into an enormous circle of white lights.

* 1963: the sonar of an U.S. Navy submarine on duty off of the coast of Puerto Rico picked up an object traveling at 150 knots at 20,000 feet below and tracked it for four days.

Crews from U.S. Navy battle groups have also had more than their share of unidentified submerged objects sightings during their deployment :

* 11,001 crew members of the U.S.S. Monrovia APA-31 witnessed a long, oval shaped object easily match the ship’s speed and course maneuvers for 90 minutes before disappearing.

* Lt. Commander M.C. Davies spotted an object on the ship’s radar that stayed in position for about five minutes then sped off at a speed that he estimated to be over a thousand miles per hour.

* A large blue glow with an oval shape approached the stern side of the U.S.S. Ponce, its width and length estimated to be similar to the length of the ship itself.

Of course, the 1967 Shag Harbour, Nove Scotia incident is the most often cited of unidentified submerged objects events. An UFO reportedly crashed into the harbour and was subsequently tracked by the navies of two countries, the U.S. and Canada, along with NORAD, with the Canadian Forces Headquarters and the Canadian Maritime Command leading the initial investigation. An advanced U.S. radar facility in the area followed the travels of the crashed UFO and detected a second unidentified submerged object approaching the first one, ostensibly coming to the rescue of its brethren.

Allegedly, a Dutch national was contacted in 1967 by aliens who claimed that they come from a planet called Iarga, located some 11 light years away and that their mission was human observation from underwater. He was even allowed to visit their unidentified submerged objects. Perhaps one day, they will give us a glimpse into the utterly unknown world called the deep seas.

Memories Of A Young Ufologist

Memories Of A Young Ufologist

From some of my earliest memories as a child, I’ve always had a fascination with the paranormal and the strange. I remember in school as a young boy attending a book fair and while most of the kids were buying books on animals and such things, I was buying a book on the Loch Ness monster.

And ever since then I’ve been hooked on all things paranormal, such as Lake Monsters, ghosts, Bigfoot and in particularly UFOs. I was always interested in UFOs for various reasons, however one reason was it seem more plausible and more realistic to me as a point of interest.

Bigfoot was too far off in the Woodlands for me to go hunt for it, the same for the Lake monsters. My interest in ghosts and spirits became greater as I got older and learned more about it. The spiritual world actually fascinates me quite a bit these days. Nevertheless, UFOs have intrigued me since I was a child and continue too.

One big reason why UFOs interested me so much was because they were literally coming from another galaxy, from another planet and were supposedly landing here on earth. Not only did I find that greatly interesting but also made me feel like I was part of it or potentially could be part of it.

Essentially UFOs were spotted across the world, one day they could be Mexico and the next day they could be in my front lawn and to a young child, it was quite exciting. Needless to say, they never did land in my front lawn but my interest in them has never waned.

Personally speaking, within the paranormal world UFOs and ghosts/spirits would be the most plausible to me although you should always have an open mind. I also find the subject of Bigfoot quite interesting but not as probable, however, possible.

I remember as a child reading about UFOs and wondering how it was possible for them to travel such long distances and exactly who were these aliens and were they malevolent or benevolent toward us. I have always had a great imagination and this helped to facilitate my interest and questions about UFOs and the paranormal in general.

I remember my first alien contact story which had me completely fascinated, it was the Billy Meier case. Billy Meier is an infamous Swiss farmer, who claimed to be in regular contact with alien beings and produced numerous incredible photographs and movies, especially for the time. As a youngster, I found the story to be incredible however as an adult I truly feel the man is an ingenious hoaxer, as the majority of people who study the case now believe as well.

None the less the Billy Meier case helped propel my interest in UFOs exceedingly, as well as the Betty and Barney Hill case. Only time will tell if disclosure happens, particularly in the United States, but peoples interest in UFOs only seems to be getting greater and greater as time passes by.

Are UFOS And Aliens Real

Are UFOS And Aliens Real

Are UFOS And Aliens Real

The question; are UFOs and aliens real, is certainly quite challenging and subjective question to reply to. According to exactly what side of the fence you are in, you may either be a believer, nonbeliever or someplace in between.

Traditionally speaking, anybody who believes in UFOs believes aliens/extraterrestrials are their passengers as well as aviators. A long time ago it was more clear-cut; there were clearly the believers along with nonbelievers. However, these days, a greater part of the general public have grown to be believers or somewhere in between.

Everyone from the common person, commercial and private aviators, medical professionals, attorneys, famous personalities, scientists to military officials have come out in favor of UFOs. Belief in UFOs and aliens are on the rise in the United States of America and around the world. People are reporting UFO sightings like never before and are demanding answers from their government representatives.

The United States still refuses to take into consideration UFOs or even their presence, however throughout the world; a growing number of governments are releasing classified documents and speaking about UFOs occurrences with the open public. Will the United States ultimately give in to the pressure or will they hold steady and reject disclosure.

As the years go by, one after the other the evidence for the existence of UFOs is growing. Undoubtedly that a variety of natural occurrences are accountable for a sizable percentage of UFO sightings but not all of them. There are a small yet noteworthy number of instances which just cannot be explained for; it is this small yet highly significant number which continues to fuel the fire.

It’s this small yet significant number of occurrences that will sooner or later either substantiate or disprove that UFOs are legitimate and that we are being frequented by aliens. Are UFOs real; only time will tell.
